I have a new book, The Politics of Love, that was scheduled for release January 15th by Amazon and January 28th by Barnes and Noble. Both release dates have changed several times on each site. I’ve read it will be available in 2 to 3 days, available through other sellers, currently unavailable, only to return to available through other sellers. The local bookstore is being told that it hasn’t been released by the publisher’s distributor. With that information I contacted my publisher who has assured me that both sellers are in possession of their books, and orders were mailed to bookstores. Sounds good, but unfortunately, no one has seen proof of this, as fans continue to email about the delay. So in my frustration I send this question to the universe. Where the hell is my book?

That’s a good question; it’s pretty foul too that they can’t seem to get it straight. They need to get it together. I didn’t realize that the book is not for sale by Amazon (that’s normally where I order). That means that I am going to have to cancel the order that I just placed and wait on it to show through Amazon or wait three more days and order through Barnes and Noble. Either way, I will be getting that book so good luck with everything.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I was really excited to read the book and everytime I call Barnes and Nobles they say it’s not there yet. I called today, the day it was suppose to come out, and was told that the book hasn’t even reach the warehouse yet. What’s up with that? I’m going to try again tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Amazon now has the book in stock. I placed an order lastnight(along with a few other books), so I should be receiving it within a week. I am very excited to read The Politics of Love. I’m sure it will be great like all your other books that i’ve read.
Cheers!
